Technology Background
Sysdine was built with Microsoft software development tools. Data management is provided by Microsoft SQL Server.
Our roots as a software development company go back to 1991, when we were founded by software development veterans from a large and successful food manufacturing company. Over the years, we gathered a clientele of custom programming customers which included a large chemical company (and former Malcolm Baldrige Award winner), for whom we developed its patent management system, and, later, its intellectual capital management system.
In 1998, we began working with Pal's Sudden Service to develop a People Resource Management system and an enterprise back-office system for their use. It was from these projects that the Sysdine People Resource Management system was born. In 2001, Pal's became the only restaurant company to win the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Although our focus is now solely on Sysdine PRM and the Pal's enterprise system, our areas of emphasis in the past have also included a broad range of industries, including accounting, health care, associations, chemicals, coal, dairy, engineering, restaurants, textiles, food processing, food service, law, printing, publishing, manufacturing, and trucking.
