David M. Boshears
President and Chief Executive Officer

David Boshears joined Silver Creek Technologies in 2001 as President and CEO. He spent much of his career with a 2,500-person division of a Fortune 500 company, where he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager. Then came a successful stint as an entrepreneur and owner/operator of a small business. David is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Duke University.

Eugene P. Maddox
Chairman and Chief Technology Officer

Gene Maddox founded Silver Creek Technologies in 1991. His prior career had been with a Fortune 500 company, where he served as Senior Vice President for Information Systems. He has had more than 100 technical and business articles published, and was the 1998 winner of the Maxwell Medallion, a national writing award. Gene received his MBA degree from East Tennessee State University.

Derek J. Thomas
National Sales Manager

Derek Thomas joined Silver Creek Technologies in 2004 as a customer service and sales representative, and later served as Region Sales Manager. He is a graduate of Milligan College, with a BS Degree in Computer Science. His responsibilities include the overseeing of all sales for the Sysdine People Resource Management web-based services in the United States and Canada.

Robbie Somers
Senior Product Specialist

Prior to joining Silver Creek Technologies, Robbie Somers operated his own technology services company. Before that, he worked in management for Sysdine customer and Malcolm Baldrige Award winner Pal's Sudden Service. His duties currently involve customer service, support for the Sysdine sales and marketing team, and internal technical responsibilities.

Dr. William B. Greer
Chief People Resource Officer

Dr. Bill Greer is Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Milligan College, and was a founder of that college's MBA program. His background includes service with a Fortune 500 company and a small manufacturing company. He works with Sysdine on an as-needed basis. Bill received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Tennessee. He is author of the book Ethics and Uncertainty.
